No, it hasn't. I haven't seen Episode 100, but Red vs. Blue is NOT over. The Blood Gulch Chronicles are, but I'll bet they'll come out with another Chronicle. After all, they said they would make a machinima with Halo 3.

It's not on TV. It's aired on the Internet, like the Homestar Runner cartoons.
They will be making another chronicles...red vs blue isn't over...I will just hold out for that and focus on making money to buy the DVDs...
I have the first four seasons on DVD. I'm waiting for the fifth to come out.

I just order my stuff online. Most of what I want can be difficult/tricky to find, and I live at least half an hour from the nearest shop/store/walmart. So buying stuff onilne is easier for me. AND I don't drive.
