Love southern, considering that's all my Grammy always make. Beans and Cornbread w/ butter, doesn't get any better than that. Or, batter bread and chilli. ^^
Other than that, I love American(p:) Italian, Chinese, Japanese (Benihana's is like heaven!) and Mexican.

The Italians made somthing similar to pizza caled Stombolli. Americans made somthing with similar ingredients, shaped it like a pie, and called it pizza! Italians and americans argue about this all the time. I swear its gonna cause a war or somthin! lol

greek food has a lot of olive oil, feta cheese, vinigar, and oregono(spice). it is very good
