All of you guys are forgetting the fact that both Kratos and Master Chief are on the list, so I doubt anyone, even *gasps* Link, can beat them. Let me give y'all a couple of examples:
Link: *charges Master Chief with sword*
Master Chief: *Blasts Link with Shotgun, Rocket Lancher, Sniper Rifle, etc., etc.*
Even if anyone can get close, Master Chief is still protected by a shield+armor.
Link:*Attacks Kratos with sword, maybe getting a couple hits in*
Kratos:*Two words: Severe Pwnage*

He's right you know. Magic wins over machines. Was Master Chief chosen as by the Goddesses? No. Link wields the triforce of courage as well. You guys are seriously underestimating Link, especially since the medallions he has hold the power of the sages.

I was having a hard time choosing between Knuckles and Yoshi. But I picked Yoshi in the end.
I couldn't care less about the other two...
I ended up voting for Knuckles. I had a hard time choosing as well.
When in doubt, roll a d20! =D
It was tough for me as well, but I figured eventually that Knuckles sharp...umm, knuckles, would puncture Yoshi's blubber and deflate him. Knuckles wins.
Yikes, looks like things are pretty heated between Rikku and Knuckles.

It is. I just like to do things the nerdy way and break it down into a fight. :P Unfortunately, I always end up with Robocop winning, and he's not a choice, so I just chose the next best.
Well, the first fight is over, and SquareEnix took a hit. Vaan from Final Fantasy XII and Rikku from Final Fantasy X/X-2 have both lost to Knuckles and Yoshi.
Serves 'em right for not having characters as cool as knuckles and Yoshi.
Nothing beats brightly coloured dinosaurs and echidnas.

Everyone here would think that C. Falcon would sucker punch his way through here, but it looks like Wario is cheating and Fox using his melee attacks to bounce everyone off.
Banjo's been dead since the days of the N64, so... yeah, this is not the best day for RARE.
I dunno, the Banjo games were pretty fun...I think Wario is the best character by far though. Or Fox.
