Yeah, it's a really great game. I wouldn't place it with Ocarina either, but it's still worthwhile.

Disregard any and all complaints you've heard about the graphics. Five minutes after you start playing it, you completely forget about how cartoony the world looks. And that's where most complaints come from: the look of the game.

I agree it was no where near the standards of Ocarina of Time. I wish they would have made more bosses in Wind Waker though. The battle system layout was perfect! I loved how the moves flow to gether and create a spectacular scene! The game is definitely worth adding to your collection despite the Cartoony graphics and hug threatening monsters.

The only complaint I have about WW is that it's TOO short. I love the cel-shaded graphics and it is only the game length that seperates it from OoT.

OoT is also too short, in my opinion. Or at least two small. Originally the Overworld was going to be MUCH bigger, and the town large and fully 3D. But then the 64DD was cancelled...

Awwwwwwww :'( brings a tear to my eye, but the game length was just right for me because i only realy go on any game for half an hour at a time. If it were any longer it would take me several weeks to complete.Still no harm in that is there???

It realy depends on how quickly you complete it. I mean I used a guide for both games and OoT is longer if you know what you are doing in both games... ;)

you must remember I used the guide to do everything, i fallowed it nearly exactly, however TP I will not use a guide and it will hopefully give me months of fun and fustration :D

Wind waker is well worth getting and is a very good game in comparison to many of the 3D games created these days (Cue EA games...) The main problem for me was the length and the fact that it didn't create the feeling that you are in a new world. That special Zelda feeling. It's their in small pockets on some islands, but it is like a group of small Zelda communities. I wanted a large Zelda world.

Yea but in the Time of OoT they didn't have the technology to do the expressions, otherwise they would have been included.

There was still a subtle vibe of a serious aura in WW, but it seemed to be marred by cel-shading. :(

Yeah, like Ezlo said once, the Sacred Realm was sealed, since Ganondorf was trapped inside, hence the lack of time travel. Besides, Link is already an adult in TP. Time travel forward would be quite redundant for his physical abilities.
