The other day I was watching videos and I saw one where Cremia hugs Link, then it came to my mind, has Link ever had this much physical contact with anyone?

Well, there is the end of TAoL, but what with the falling curtain, it's any guess as to how much physical contact he got.
What I mean is that I don't think Link has ever gotten such intimacy with any other character, and nobody seems to notice that, or maybe that's just me with too much acid.
I don't know what you mean. Pretty much every boss he's beaten has given their heart to the guy.

Yeah, I forgot about Midna, and Maple, but Maple doesn't count since her constant crashing into Link is accidental, or is it? ::)
Link also obviously has a relationship with Midna at the end of TP. Well, it's really strongly implied.

...Well, if you're only talking about, like, romantic physical contact, then this may not count. In Twilight Princess, after Colin is rescued from the Bokoblins riding or boars, Link is holding him in his arms.
I wouldn't count that as romantic (unless you're some kind of really weird fanboy/fangirl). Colin looks up to Link like a brother, if I remember correctly.
Plus, when you've just saved someone from circumstances similar to Colin's, it's generally the wise thing to do.
Like I said: It may not count if all you're talking about is romance.
See, "may not" leaves room for Link's gesture to be considered romantic.

And about the Midna thing, I know you're talking aout physical contact n general, isn't it more like she's touching him? Now that I think about it, I don't think Link ever really touches anyone in loving way, that is.
