Title: Changing Tunic Color?
Post by: iastreb on February 20, 2008, 01:12:56 PM
Question: When you start the Second quest, when you arrive to the Queen of Fairies which gives you the Magic Arrows(Ice and Fire) can you actually CNAHGE the color of your tunic? I read that somewhere on the internet...  ??? I don't think its true.  ;)

Well, if you read it on the internet, then it must be true.  Just like the Jersey Devil must be true because there's a Wikipedia article on it.

All sarcasm aside, I have no means to test this.  Good luck on finding a real answer.

A Wiki article? Didn't find that. I found it on some crazy fan site  ;)

I wasn't saying that you found your information on Wikipedia.  I was sarcastically saying that there is a Wikipedia article on the Jersey Devil and therefore must be true. >>

I'm not even trying to say that. ;D Anyway, there is only one way to find the truth and I'm going to do exactly that!  ;)

All I know is that you have invisible clothes on the second playthrough. The only game I know of where your tunic's color can change is LA:DX. Are you sure it isn't that?

Oh, and Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess are chopped liver?

Well, they are technically different tunics, so....

Well, there are the Smash games!  But then again, those aren't official Zelda canon. >>

The first two Zelda games!  Link's tunic changes colors in those!

Grandma said in the begining that only the people with pure HEARTS can see them. So they aren't actually invisible ;D The rumour is that when you go to the Fairy quenn for the arrows, you change your tunic color. ;) Have to get those bombs...  ;)

That's not true. I've played through the second quest at least twice and at no point does it let you change tunic color. Sorry!
