Title: Where is the love??
Post by: JDog on March 20, 2008, 07:55:37 PM
Anyone notice that there have been a lot of fights a lot lately? like fist fights???  i hate fights, they're so annoying! I mean, this year we've had like 4 fights at my school, and thats a record, and one of my friends ended up moving because she couldn't stand this girl that she got into a fight with, and now there are less girls I like here. so yea... I hate fights, people really need to get over their self differences and learn how to be friends. Pretty much what fireflight is saying in the song where is the love... i'm just making a point here. fights suck!!!!!

I seriously doubt she moved solely because she got into a fight with a girl.

For 2000 USD, I'll lend her my Sword of Justice and then she can move back to finish out the year.

Yes, well, there isn't much we can do about fights in your school.  It's not like I can just fly out to Michigan to get everyone to stop fighting.  If it concerns you so much, speak to an authority figure in your school about it, not us.

Fighting is a perfectly healthy way of sorting out your issues.

Remember, kids, violence isn't the answer.

It's the question.

The answer is yes.

Words to live by.

As for fighting, consider yourself lucky.  In the past few weeks, there have been knife fights in my area.

We have bad fights here... /: I mean, during my PFD (think home ec) teacher's first period, she said someone ran into the room and started yelling and fighting. I imagine it'd be quite unnerving.

I, on the other hand, don't get into fights. (If I did, you can bet that everyone'd pass out from sheer awesome.) If I ever really got into a fight, I... usually just avoid hits until someone comes. /:

being beaten up is more of a problem for me... XD;

Just do what I did.  Punch the first kid you see with glasses.  People will respect you.

Of course, the kid I punched turned out to be just a very small-looking teacher, but the outcome is the same.  You've gotta command respect.

I still highly doubt her parents would completely uproot everything just because she got in a fight.

Also, a girl pushed my teacher, spat on the wall, and ran out of the room. Freaking hilarious.

Lollerskates.

That's pretty cool, actually.  Fight the system.
