Two new Ace Attorney games have been announced! The first one stars Miles Edgeworth as the main character. There will be court scenes.
Perfect Prosecutor (DS/Capcom/??)
* A law adventure game where you act as the prosecutor.
* Main characters are Miles Edgeworth, Dick Gumshoe
* You control Edgeworth, searching for overlooked evidence and inconsistencies at the crime scene.
* New search and deduction systems are introduced.
And the second game being the fifth actual Ace Attorney game. No details yet.
To be honest, I've never played the first one.
Maybe I should go do that.
Now, where'd I put that DS...
As you can tell by my profile, I'm really excited about the first one.
Indeed, I did come to that conclusion.
Maybe Tacheon is built to be an attorney then, eh?
And I'm ecstatic about these games. Actually getting to be a prosecutor? I've wondered what Edgeworth's job would be like compared to Pheonix's. I imagine it would be easier.
Actually, much harder. You have to be make very punctual judgments on these things and fight on and on and on.
But when you head into the courtroom, it's almost always guaranteed that the judge is on your side. After all, they arrest the right guy some 95% of the time.
That 5%? The OJ trial.
Never played the game.
But I heard it wasn't bad.
It's an awesome series. Probably my favorite(besides Zelda).
I love it. It's really unique and well written.
I have never heard of the series, and I don't know any where to play the games or buy them for me to play.
Never heard of Phoenix Wright? It's a courtroom drama game for the DS, the court system really isn't much like the real court system, but it still involves a lot of the same thought process. You have to investigate and find evidence, and clear your defendant. It's kinda unrealistic, but it's hilarious and the writing is pretty good. They get some really tricky crimes in there. You can buy the games pretty much anywhere.
They sound pretty fun I should buy the first one.
Quick question are they in Japanese or in english?
They're in English.
The game I started the topic about is still in development, therefore the only news we get are in Japanese.
I went to game stop the other day and couldn't find either of the games. Must have been looking the wrong ones. ;)
