deviantART is having an Okami contest because of the remake for the Wii (which I would totally get, but GI said that the brush techniques will mix up a lot more than the PS2 version-and I had BIG problems with that in the PS2 version) and I already had a picture drawn, inked, and coloured for Realms (http://www.realmscon.com).
I'm just curious, do you think that this (http://negativezerro.deviantart.com/art/S-U-N-R-I-S-E-83404426) has a chance of winning? Keep in mind that this is probably the largest public site of artists from around the world.
I'd have to look at others before I make judgments on odds, but it's certainly a noteworthy picture. Smooth lines, accurate color schemes... :)

The prize is a Wii and Okami, I think. (DA has a bad habit of not letting you know about contest prizes D:) Since I already have a Wii, and so do all of my local friends... I don't know what I'd do if I won.

Luckily there's a 2nd place, 1st runner up, and a second runner up, so there's still a chance I could still win a t-shirt. o: which wouldn't be that bad, I suppose.
Even though with all the new entries pouring in by famous artists, I think I'm falling further behind. 8D; Also, I think they're judging by originality, so a running picture of Ammy without a background doesn't stand much of a chance.
