Title: Coding error? (Could be Firefox 3)
Post by: Keaton on June 21, 2008, 09:58:41 PM
Is it just my computer, or is there a giant gap between the header and the beginning of the forums?

Like, a MASSIVE gap.  Easily 2,000+ pixels.

I blame Zelda Vet.

Are you using Firefox 3? I had that problem too. I had to downgrade to see the forums properly again.

It definitely has something to do with Firefox 3, as it wasn't there before I upgraded either.

It seems to be the only site that I've had any problems with however.

It might be FireFox 3.

I'm on 2.0.0.13, and it's normal.

I DO BELIEVE that we've already established that it is, indeed, Firefox 3.

Thanks for your input anyway, though.

I'm using Internet Explorer and it looks fine. Maybe it's because you're using Firefox 3?

Has anybody suggested that Firefox 3 might be the problem?

SHMAH!

How'd this happen? What's causing it?!?

Just kidding, I suppose it might possibly be Firefox 3, maybe. It could also be Global Warming.

Anyways, I'd fix it but... I actually don't think I can. I have little to know control over the forum layout (which is why April Fool's was so... odd?) Actually, Gamefreak probably has more, since he's an admin and therefore has access to the layout control thingy (?).

So... yeah.

Has anyone besides me noticed that ever post in this topic contains "Firefox 3?"

It's like an astrological sign or something.

The first post does not contain Firefox 3.

I'm sure this has been discussed before, and I'm also sure that one of the mods is going to chastise me for this but,

I keep having to scroll a long ways down on the forums screen to reach the boards, or topics, or anything.

Any ideas?

Here (http://desertcolossus.com/forum/index.php?board=1;action=display;threadid=4860;start=0) is where we determined that it might be Firefox 3.

As I mention in that topic, I had to downgrade to see the forums properly again.

We have indeed ascertained that it is quite possibly Firefox 3.

In all seriousness though, this is just getting whimsical.  Now that we've identified the problem, the thread goes *lock*
