Title: My God, it's full of stars!
Post by: Commodore Axilon on June 26, 2008, 04:30:58 PM
So have the Mod stars always been blue? 'Cause that's really ugly.

Nope. They've been green until today. I think they look nice, though. But why the change?

The light blue stands out too much from the white background. I think it looks awful. The green was much better.

Who is responsible for this?!

The administrator, I'm guessing. He's got the forum power and all.

Yes, but who put this idea into his head?

I'm guessing Communists.

Nah, Communists would want them to be red.

Wait... Gamefreak has red stars...

It's a really long, really complicated story that Gamefreak might not want released to the public.

Well thats good, cause the whole complicated thing, yea, you'd have to dumb it down a lot for me. lol

Blame the residential Commie: Tacheon

It stands out, but I like it. :D
I also wanted to be sage of Shadow, but the residential commie beat me to it.
Grrr
But Sage of Water was my second choice. :)

What about Commodore the Commie?

I'm trying to figure out a way to turn them back to green.

And Tacheon made me do it!

I wanted to be the Sage of Death.

If you changed them in the first place, shouldn't you already know how to change them back?

It has to do with usergroups. The mods were in a different usergroup before, with green stars. Now we're in a different group with blue stars. We're not sure if you can change a usergroup's star color yet.

Awww, man!  Now all that is left is Light Sage!  That doesn't fit with my dark persona.  I'm going to lose all my credibility, if I ever had any.

Sage of Earth or Wind maybe?
Title: Re:My God, it's full of stars!

I choose not to be a sage, or be given a sage distinction.

I mean, come on, 6 mods + Gamefreak = 7...

Wait, what was Zelda's sage element?
Title: Re:My God, it's full of stars!
Post by: DW on June 27, 2008, 03:32:11 PM
Well...hmm...what would complete the group...?

Spirit
Shadow
Water
Fire
Forest
Light

There's not really anything that fits...if we did wind we would have to do earth...and there's no eighth...Maybe the mods should have the elements and Gamefreak can be princess?

I vote Sage of Insanity. DW can be Sage of Chaos.

Come on! no one wants to be that do-gooder sage that didn't have a dungeon to go through.

Alternatively, DW could be Sage of Ice, seeing as an Ice Temple was at one time planned for OoT.

No, no.  Sage of ice doesn't sound right.  It's gotta be the "Sage of Frozen Water."

*shrugs* call yourself sage of whatever you want... Maybe I should go for "Sage of the Cosmos"

Darn synonyms. :P

And JQ, in case you didn't find out yet, Zelda's Sage element is time.

I don't think Zelda has an element. I think she's just the head Sage.

Really? Huh, I always thought she was the Sage of Time. Perhaps there's something in the Compendium about it...?

Zelda is the Sage of Pwnage.  There are no two ways about it.

Sage of l33t h4xX0rZ.

That's Ganondorf's sage title.

Sage of the Sex Change?

...It only makes sense that if there's a Temple of Time, there's a Sage of Time.  Since Rauru's the Sage of Light, Zelda (as the last sage) is logically the Sage of Time.'''

Also, you can blame me for the blue stars.

And stop calling Commodore a Commie.
