I watched E3 yesterday and the AC game for the wii looks awsome. You can travel to the city, finally meet the HRA, you can go to Gracie's from AC: WW, also they came out with the wii speak where you can talk to all the players in the room. It is coming out sometime this year! Man I can't wait. ;D
Anyone else think this game is going to be great?
Uh... a lot of the people here are very mad at e3 08. Except me, i'm a 360 fanboy, so i was happy with e3, bt still.
Yeah, but bash on the games there because of that? That's a bit childish of gamers, if you ask me.
Anyway, yes, I am looking forward to it. :)
Nintendo aims to please all ages. They're going to have to appeal to the younger kids sooner or later eh?
lol, you guys play animale crossing. I just could never get into those games really...
I can't imagine you would. It's definitely not your type of game from what I've seen of you.

Untrue, nintendo targets families, not specific people, why do you think all their games are family-friendly?
thats true :-\

Resident Evil?
Geist?
Metroid Prime?
Resident Evil is made by Capcom. Not sure about Geist.
Metroid Prime was before Nintendo totally dumped the gamers in favor of Little Billy and his Grandma.
The people at the Umbrella Corp. from RE loves kids:

In all seriousness, a lot of the games are made to be enjoyed by everyone, not just kids. o:

Actually, retro games owns metroid prime, nintendo just publishes it, if they wanted, retro could team up with microsoft
And i can bet RE isn't going to be staying with sony and nintendo for long, maybe nintendo, but sony made a bad move when they demanded exclusive rights to capcom games, which is why DMC4 was put on the 360
But... DMC4 is also for the PS3.
Yes, but not only was it supposed to be a ps3 exclusive, they also added a 30 minute install period to the ps3 version
This board is sopposed to be about AC: CF.
I got my wii back so I hope it comes about christmas time or if it before I think i can buy it.
Like I said, if I can convince my parents to get me a wii, then I'll meet you guys on AC.
AND I'll own you at Brawl.

:D
I WANT THIS AC SO BADLEH
Yah the ACCF is going to be great. I can't wait to get it.
The new graphics and screenshots on E3 looked great. they changed alot since the gamecube version.
I like AC, but, I'm getting a bit tired of it being more of the same thing. It's like they don't change anything between the games, they just add one or two features to make them a little different.
I've actually bought AC and AC:WW, but, I don't know about City Folk. I'll probably fold and buy it anyways, or at least rent, but I hope it'll have more to show than a mere expansion on the original/WW. Maybe I'd be more excited if the town was actually a city instead? Or at least, city-like. Would be cool if you could have, say, an apartment in a high-rise, and the neighbors you'd usually visit live on other floors or in other apartments, eh? But nooo. It's just a little added area.
I don't know, I suppose WiiSpeak would add something to it at least. Who knows. I guess we'll see come November.
Yeah, also the title City Folk is kinda missleading, you think that you can stay and live in the city but it is just an extra feature to the game. I hope going to the city is an awsome feat. :)
