Yesterday, my computer's hard drive crashed after the breaker it was attached to shorted out.
So while my dad's busy getting it back together, my PS3 is the only thing in the house that can get online.
So don't expect any long posts from me, because this topic took me 5 minutes to make.
A breaker shorting out, crashing a hard drive? That's a bit ironic, if you ask me.

Also, it's not really the computer's fault. The breaker the computer's connected to is the thing to blame.

Wait a second, can't you plug a USB keyboard into the PS3 and write with that? If you've got one, you should try it. It'd at least make it easier to write stuff.
You could do that, yes, but he might not have access to one at the moment. They're kinda expensive.
His computer might already have one, but if not, you can buy a used one for a few bucks at a thrift store. You could probably even buy a new one for $15-20.
If you have a regular keyboard, isn't there an adapter for it that you can buy that plugs into your USB port?
