Billy Mays, hands down. He'll clean up Ganon's act with some orange glowing stuff. You can't go wrong with orange glowing stuff.

Won't the gamer have the option to name his file/character what he or she chooses like all the games before it?
Yes, but Link is still called Link, is he not, even if you can name him whatever you want? The storytellers need a fixed name for the character.

Unfortunately, it runs on the same system of the Original LoZ so if you put in your name as Billy Mays it should still call you whatever wannabe Link's name will be. Sorry! :(
