Be back later tonight.
Nicely done!
His hair at the bottom is freaking awesome, by the way. ;D
Thanks dude, I've been working on page two, but I had to start over part of the way through. This is embarrassing, but... I've been having bad allergies recently... and I was working on it, when I felt a sneeze coming on. I tried to grab some toilet paper I had nearby, and didn't make it in time... the page got slimed XD
So... I'll see if I can have page two by the end of this week.
Pig-nosed! :P
But seriously, it's good. And should you be claiming it's a manga? I was under the impression they read right to left, not left to right. Meh, it's probably just me being too nit-picky. Do what you want.
Holy crap, that made me think of Sword of Mana dialogue for some reason.
I thought about that too HNS- but I figured it'd get too confusing for me to do after a while, and I just decided not to bother with it.
edit: and he was supposed to be looking down from a high angle- FAIL.

*light bulb turns on*
Idea! What if you (1) draw it the way you normally would and then (2) flip it horizontally with MS Paint and put the text in then? Heh? Heeeeh? ;)
:P
Well how's that for critical thinking?
I might just give that a shot Magmar!
Yay! I came up with an idea that doesn't suck! :D
Tell me how it turns out if you do go with it, 'kay? Actually, on second thought, you could just show the finished image. XD
I've found that flipping an image horizontally is almost always bad news; especially with art like anime/manga/cartoons/what have you. When you draw, you unconsciencely have a tilt- much like in bowling or baseball-in which your art leans.
Supposedly this lean is a sign of imperfection; I think it adds character, but improving it would never be a bad idea.
Just my two cents on the matter!
Maybe he could rotate it a bit before reflecting it horizontally to negate the tilt as much as possible? Ah, but then again, the panels wouldn't be horizontally leveled with the browser, would they...?
I've been meaning to finish the last page, but I've been loaded down with stuff like HARDCORE- and NO, thats not a lame excuse for laziness. I've managed to finish the next page, I just have to ink it in and upload it.
