Title: Papercraft
Post by: cacturnerules on December 15, 2008, 03:04:06 PM
Since DH92 was too lazy to post this site, I present you with nintendopapercraft.com (http://www.nintendopapercraft.com/labels/Zelda.html). You print out designs on paper, then cut and fold them to make awesome stuff. This leads to the Zelda page, but there's more... I'm working on the deku nut right now!

Man, I was practically drooling when as I read this. I really don't know where to start (or even if I will be able to stop once started)

I guess my ultimate goal would be the Skull Kid, who is by far my favorite character. I'll have to start from zero though, so, for now, King DDD will have to do.

Well, I was making alot a few months ago (when I started the topic), but I ran out of yellow ink. I made 5 rupees, Navi, a gossip stone, a blue chu chu, an eye switch, but I've been heckling my mom to get the ink, but she still hasn't.

I want to make Gyroids for my little brother and sister. Huge fans of animal crossing.

I hope to be able to make the Happy Mask Salesman soon ^_^
But he seems so hard to make /_\

I would love to make some of these, but I cannot afford to replace ink, toner, and printer paper.

I have never seen a printer at my library.

Bet it would cost money to use anyway. >>

I don't think they would, because most people just use them for printing text documents and the like. Donations, late fees, and other sources of income pay for the ink and printer maintenance.

You'd be fine printing out one papercraft, but don't do multiple ones. That'd be taking advantage of a free service and would be dishonest.

I was really surprised about what they said you should use. You're supposed to have like, an aluminum rod, a mechanical pencil without lead, wood glue, an x-acto knife... I was just reading that, with my Elmer's glue and safety scissors.  :-*

...Yayz for me for 250'th post!

Don't be discouraged by that, I am sure you can find replacements for those things, like an actual knife. Look for substances that can harden paper, preferably one that you can spray.
