Title: Gift Giving Picori
Post by: ZeldaFreak on December 22, 2008, 09:02:10 PM
In MC, one of the minish people tell you that the minish like making humans happy, and that they hide little presents in grass, or something to that effect. My point is, if Picori/Minish are the reason behind the rupees and hearts hidden in the grass and pots and whatnot, then aren't they in every single game, even though you cant see them? (they're really small) :o

Although that does make sense, you also have to take into account that people lose their stuff.  This is obviously a place where people are slain and robbed whilly-nilly, so it's not like it's going to be clean like a state park all the time.

:P

Yeah, but when have you seen anyone, let alone robbers and people to rob in Hyrule Field? (save for the running man)

Then who hides the hearts and whatnot? And also I've never seen anyone get robbed or murdered just held hostage and then you go save them anyway. ???

You can't be around to save everyone.

That's Will Smith's job.

Also, there have been Armos in just about every game...said the Picori made them, so I suppose that's further evidence.

I'd agree with Davy Jones. People do lose stuff. But I also think that the reason that you don't hear about them is could be because it's just one of those legends that are believed less and less through the generations and thus, becoming more of a fairy tale. Who knows? Maybe even fairies once existed!  ;)

In the context of Hyrule, they do.

You know, maybe the picori are indeed the only race other than the Hylians to have the perfect atendance record. Maybe Capcom thought the 20 year long mystery of the random rupee appearance needed to be solved.
