The Warzone is a place for people who love to write. It is non-statistical role-playing at its finest; earn your way to the top and take risks to make a name for yourself.
Here, battles you participate in give you the opportunity to gain or lose Honor. Honor points can be cashed in for special weapons, items, etc. not usually available or allowable. Players also have the option to participate in Gauntlets, much more difficult, preset battles that have serious ramifications for the character if it fails the Gauntlet. Success in a Gauntlet leads to higher-caliber levels and forums.
Players also have the option of participating in Labyrinths, which are member-created Gauntlets.

Sounds fun, but no stats? Sorry, but I love me some stats. Maybe some other site you have hidden up your sleeve.
I suppose it has stats in the loose sense of the word-- why not check it out? I'm sure you'll get absolutely hooked. After all, HA2 has stats, but rarely uses them unless it's for something official. Other than that, isn't it just essentially storytelling?
Which is more or less why I stopped playing HA2 and took up a role as a behind the scenes moderator. I just found it difficult to tell a story.

I see. Keep in mind that these are not stories; these are battles. It's essentially constantly and stylistically 1-upping your opponent.
Ah. Well, still, maybe another time. Like, when I get a new laptop.
I'll check it out. =]
It's started to fill out more, but it still needs blood. If you're interested in writing at all, come check it out-- I guarantee it'll be worth your time. The link, again, is here (http://forum.tacheonic.com).
