How do you pronounce it?
My friends and I argue whether it is
Koo-tool-who
K-thudl-who (according to some text-voice softwares)
Kloo-loo (don't ask me where that came from)
K-tool-oo
Kuh-thool-oo

I'm actually positive. The only variable is the C, which could be pronounced either as "Kih", "Kuh", or "Kh" (as in Khan).
