My first shot at Anime/ Manga style. You like? :-\
It's good, but remember that anime and manga are actually really wats the word... Anatomically accurate. But they sometimes defy the laws of physics

If you mean why he's falling upside down, this is a special case. Have you ever seen Bleach? It's sorta like the part where he's falling down the side of that building.
Oh yeah, I know what you're talking about now.
Still work on your size relations, only bad part.
But who am I to talk, I haven't done my art in forever...
Is the head too big?
That or the body is too small.
But i make the same mistake all the time.
darn heads don't fit right...
For me, it's the face, I guess; however, that could just be my lack of anime know-how talking. The most I can really do is faces, and I can't draw bodies for the life of me. At least you can, and I wish I had your experience in that. ;)

I appreciate the complement, but this was my first try. I lack any experience at all. :P
Did you make the sketch in the computer or by hand?
You know what really helps with drawing the body? Drawing elongated circles for the limbs, also, some major aspects you want to keep are the ribcage and the waist... err, it would be easier if I could draw it in front of you...

I made the sketch by hand and did the background on the computer. And I
did do the oval thing! But you have to keep in mind he's got a very baggy shirt on.
I think it's pretty good considering it's your first try. The head does seem kind of out of proportion though.
