Look again, Tacheon. JQ modified the quote in TW's post. TW had originally modified the quote himself to make it look like JQ was against torrents and piracy.

I re-fixed my post.
I think piracy, on the internet, anyways, is just the act of making available, or downloading, illegally obtained content. This can cover anything from programs and games to music and movies.
I meant downloading something like a Smash Bros. Brawl ISO (game data file for those who don't know) even though you bought and played the game. The reason you download it is because you need it on your computer so you can perform re-textures, not because you want to cheat the developers out of their money.
