The company that has been developing Duke Nukem Forever, has finally shut down. Poor Duke never had a chance. The following is a list of thing that have happened between April 28th, 1997, the day this game was announced, and May 6th, 2009, the day it closed.

Eh, someone will probably just buy the IP rights and make it themselves. No biggie, especially for the biggest vaporware title of all time.
Hopefully Bungie or an EA affiliate will buy the rights.

Oh noes, I loved Duke Nukem. That's really depressing.
