Have any of you ever heard of the carcharadon megaladon? If you haven't then I bet you'v heard of it's distant cousin, carcharadon carcharius, or the great white shark. Well anyway, the megaladon is like the great white just about five times bigger, and not just its length but the proprtion of its bulk. I geuss you could say grest whites eat surfers, but a meg eats surfers , grest whites, and then orders take-out. These were(are?) beautifully majestic creatures that roamed the sea and supposedly went extinct just 11,000 yrs. ago (which isn't that long in the geologic time scale) and could still be alive(probably deep, and I mean DEEP, in the ocean.). If any anyone has any interest or argument about such a topic, post.
Apparently noone's interested in Megalodons... oh well. I can't sway the ignorant.
