Ok So in your Opinion What do you think is better in the music world? Live or Studio? I like to go see bands live in concert sure, but i also like the album versions of songs a lot better usually. Some bands however such as breaking benjamin, Demon Hunter, and underoath are just naturally talented and great live. But other bands such as fall out boy, and hinder are horible live, a complete waste of money to see them guys live.
That's because they use machinery to edit the song so it sounds better on the CD. However, live, the real sound shows up, and it isn't anywhere near as good.
if you ask me I think Demon Hunter is better live then on studio, mainly because Ryan Clark is incredibly talented and almost has no editing done to his voice on the albums, so ive read up on anyway.
I'd have to say live, just because of the whole experience. Of course the music will be different, for example a band like Passion Pit often use 100+ tracks when recording, which they can't do live, but they make up for it in the whole atmosphere I think.
Daft Punk, for example, always brings something new to their concert (granted, it's a mix of two existing songs, but it's completely new) so it's always worth going to their concerts.
IDK, it's a tough choice. I guess it depends on the band in question.

Daft Punk, mmmhmm...they sound familar. I think I've heard them before.
They made Around the World, which is famous for its music video directed by Michel Gondry.

Ahh yes, that is where i've heard them lol
Rush is incredible live. Geddy Lee's voice is still pretty good despite the band going for 30+ years.

I'm going to have to stop you right there.
Live for orchestrated music. Everything else pales in comparison to the acoustic heaven of an orchestra hall.

I would agree with you, in fact some recordings are done not in studios, but in venues of orchestral halls. I've never been to a concert yet though :\
There's one caveat about live performances of classical music: They almost always play out the old warhouses every time, over and over again. Sure everyone likes the warhorses, but we need more risks with newer music here!
