Think of it this way. SOmetimes visiting a site can make ad get to your computer and download some malware. If you don't download and install adblock plus, you leave yourself vulnerable to exploitation by malware. Believe me, you're doing your parents a favor by downloading and installing adblock plus
I'll let my dad worry about protecting
his computer against viruses, especially since he knows more about this sort of stuff than I do.
It's not even an ad. It's a search engine.
