Behold!

It turns out the "dragon cloud" is not that big.

So basically, you used Ice Arrows to get in?

Well, you actually can't get it that way, you just arrive to the texture that is the Great Bay Temple. I was actually surprised to find that it's 3D.

The whole experience is very surreal, for a some time all you can see is fog and water surrounding your tiny ice platform, which melts in a matter of seconds. But you eventually get to it.

I wonder how far can you really go; since I distupted my rythm to take the screenshot, I don't know how far does the ocean reach.

You'd probably just arrive at the edge of the texture-- you should take a screenshot if you manage to make it as far as possible :D

So uh, what does the Great Bay Temple actually look like?  I've always wondered-- it seems like a fish sort of arching its back, but for some reason that doesn't seem right.

It's sort of like a dragon opening its jaw surrounded by a cilinder of foggy texture.

Also, to make it to the edge I would need a larger quiver, getting to the temple took me 14 arrows and for all I know the edge of the world could even farther. Or I could just find a new way to Asio or something.

EDIT: I made it to the edge, or at least at looked like I was about to get to the edge when everything went grey and I wound up on the shore (I started on the Zora Cape, by the way)
Oh well, it was a fun experience, I recomend you trying it sometime
