After putting your work here for viewing, if you'd like to see your work at TDC's Library or Museum, then either PM me and point me in the direction of your amazing art/fiction, or email it as an attachment to webmaster [at] desertcolossus [dot] com.
All submissions are welcome! ;D
??? umm do we have to send it in chapters ???
I don't think that you're required to send it chapters, but the only one who can answer your question definitively would be Jack.
Nice effect. Not sure about the marquee, though. ;)
No, you can send the whole thing at once to me. But make sure to clearly denote each chapter so I don't just put the whole thing up as one big chapter.
Hope that answers your question.
im sure jack and all the nice vistors would like it if u sent the hole story. ive seen 1 or 2 stories wre its like a prolog and nothig else and they never send the rest. not to pick on people or anything :-\
Whoooo, lots of floating thingys..
Sounds good, Jack! If I ever decide to write anything, I'll do that. :P

hello is anyone there!?
No need to double post, Just use this (http://desertcolossus.com/forum/YaBBImages/modify.gif) button ::).
hahahahahah! it didnt move! lol ;D ;D
Yay! I'm Flamedancing!
Bless the Desert Colossus with brilliant stories!
Do I have to post my story on the forum first? Or can I just send it straight to Jack?
Either if you'd like. I'd be just as happy posting it in the Fan Works section as if you posted it here. Do both for maximum exposure!
Yeah, you already answered my question. Perhaps I should advertise here. I could post my poems here also. It's mainly the stories I don't like posting on forums. Thanks for the suggestion, Jack!
It's not moving LOL :P :P :P
NOT AGAIN!!!
I did it! Anyway, like what Howl said, what about fanart?
yea one question
how do i puit things up? :-*
Up on the main site? Just send it in to Jack via PM or e-mail.
You post it here, but it is more likely to be sent directly to Jack.
so I suppose the stories have to be Zelda related...anywhere you can post stories that aren't Zelda related? maybe the roleplaying forums or something...
Like I said before Shikamaru, hit HA2 where you make a story as you go.
but it isn't that kind of story...I mean like it's a story I'm writing.
Yeah, I wanna write some stuff too. It is techniqually Zelda related, but I decided that Link, as a child about 11 or 12, is not the main character, but a villian. *SPOILER*
lol nice warning, I don't know if it's required though..so I think I will put up my story here, but if it needs to be taken down for not being Zelda related I will do so.
I like to move. Do I E-mail a story to Jack? Because he's not on much. Or could I just post a story here?
Then you shouldn't have posted. Reported. 8)
you can just put it up, the only time you need to send it to Jack is to have it put on the main page.
Did i just get reported for marqueeing???
[/glow]
It's not the biggest offense, but you should stop it, DFP.
No, you got reported for a completely off topic and useless post, that you even admitted was off topic.
i dint make a useless post!!
Yes you did, and you just deleted it to cover up. I and many other members are very, very irritated by that. and you can't say I made it up, because not only did your next post give more evidence that you had done it, but Whocares saw it.
EDIT: and in case you decide to delete the next post that I'm using as evidence, here's the quote of it. Should have done it with the one I reported...but it was sent to the mods anyways so they know about it.

Ok, ok. I'm sorry. :-*
Actually, I didn't know anything that happened, I just told DFP to stop.
Did anyone else notice how marqueeing is popular in this topic?
[/glow]
What she did was made an orange-glowing marquee that said
"Mine is better it orange and glows lol. Sorry it off toic, I lost the meaning of the sentence.'
So yeah, that's why I reported it, way off topic, definitely spam.

i didnt say that! i have way better grammer!!!! >:(
You mispelled grammar and didn't capitalize I twice. it doesn't matter about the grammar, it's the post itself. You are right, it isn't the exact post, you deleted that.
It said: "Is this right? It's cool, orange, and it glows! Sorry for getting of topic, I lost the meaning of this post." Do you see any problems with that sentence? I don't.

8)It has absolutely NOTHING to do with the topic...
This is pointless. Stop it, please.
Thank you!!
I meant both of you, you know. :-*
If you make one more post that's spam, you get a warning, so I suggest you either get back on topic or just don't post at all. Also, a post pretty much saying 'I'm Sorry' is spam too.
Image-related fan works, apart from comics, doujinshi, and the like, should be posted in the Synthesis of Imagery forum from now on.
Thanks!
Since Jack's not here anymore, who do I send my fanfictions to in order to have it on the main site? Kamakazi Plumber?
I could put them in the fan works, but I have about six fanfictions, five that are finished and they're too long to put on the forum...If I can't email it to anyone who can put it on the main site, can I just post the link to the stories in a topic on the forum?
Yes, you would send them to KP now.
Alright. Thank you. :)
Im confused. Do we post things that arn't Zelda related on the fan works or in the General Discussion?
I'd do it in GD; the description in Fan Works clearly says that the works that belong in that forum are to be Zelda-related.
