Title: My first taste of the real competitive world
Post by: Uximadesk on October 23, 2009, 01:15:09 AM
I do not wish to overshadow GF's promotion (congrats), but as some of you know/are, I am in first year of college and I think I just got into an internship that could launch my career.

There is a relatively knew (and unknown) corporation in Mexico that is known as CGBOT, and it has just started an intership for students who want to become developers. No previous knowledge of coding is needed (though it sure as hell helps to keep up with the competition).

What has me so exited is that CGBOT actually is now the only firm in Mexico that has license to produce official Apple applications, which means that, if I get in, I would be indirectly developing apps for the iPod.

If I get accepted, I would start on Monday with a four hour shift. OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG

You don't have to worry at all about overshadowing me.  As long as everybody's leading successful lives, I could care less about how many topics there are on this board about it.

After saying that, congratulations to you.  Hopefully, Apple takes notice of your work.

Congratulations.  Now to scurry off to Gamefreak's topic and wonder if anyone else is going to post good news.
