What is your favorite genre of music and who/what is your favorite band/artist/group/whatever else there might be and it doesn't have to be from the same genre that's your favorite and what's your favorite song.

My favorite genre is probably punk rock/hardcore. My favorite band is The Misfits. And my favorite song at the moment is either Dr. Phibes Rises Again by the misfits or Self Pity by AFI.

My favorite band is probably U2. Though, I'm partial to other artists like Eric Clapton, Bruce Springsteen, DMB, The Shins, and Counting Crows.

Favorite song is hard, though I'm going to have to say "Satellite" by DMB. As for genre, I'm going to ahve to pass on that, because I really don't have a favorite genre (I mix between rock, alternative, and others).

I LOVE classical music, such as that of John Williams and Koji Kondo. They're the best composers in the world today, in my opinion! ;)

Has anyone heard of these bands: Sisters of Mercy, System of a Down, White Zombie, Alkaline Trio, A Fire Inside, Coheed and Cambria, The Misfits, Danzig, NoFX, Lamb of God, Slipknot, Tiger Army, or Devil Driver.

I'm just really into punk,metal, rockabilly(and on a very rare occaison country), and 50's music. So what kind of genre of music is Sister Hazel?

Gosh, I feel like a loner. All I listen to is rap music, sure I've heard of alot of those people, I just don't listen to them. As for my favorite rapper... Probably Nelly, though fav. song is hard(I like so many...). I will go with "The Point of No Return" by Immortal Technique. If you ever get a chance, give it a listen...

They're like the only group that I dig from the rapping scene.
