Title: Movie Buff
Post by: daemonsage420 on April 12, 2006, 02:37:12 PM
Who likes movies?
I do and  I especially enjoy a nice Tarantino flick when I'm just lounging around or eating some good homecooking. Reservoir Dogs is the shiznit.

Final Fantasy: Advent Children is the best friggin movie ever made. It has cloud and sephiroth, nuff said.

I love movies.

My favorites are the stock classics: Star Wars Trilogy, Indiana Jones, Pulp Fiction, etc.

Boondock Saints, while unheard of generally is an amazing movie.

Movies are fun.  I like watching them more than regular television (all I watch on TV are football games and occasionally the news).  I love Star Wars movies.  Often times I watch the same movie several times so I can pick up all the minute details.  The thing that sucks when I watch movies is I don't pick up enough stuff the first time I watch it; I won't know the peoples names, hardly.  I guess that's because I am slow.  I am a Stephen King fan and some of his books converted to movies are pretty good, though some go far from the origional idea.  *coughdreamcatchercough*

I'm more of a comedy-lover, as well as an adventure-lover. These include The Grinch, Bruce Almighty, Napoleon Dynamite, Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Wars (of course; John Williams does the music! ;D ), The Lord of the Rings, and more.

Boondock saints is an awesome movie. It's pretty funny when the brothers fall out of the ventilation system and get tangled in the rope that's supposedly useless and shoot up the Russians.

I also enjoy chanbara flicks, which are Japanese swordfighting movies. My favorite from this genre is probably a movie called Versus.

Hahaha Super Troopers.

One night at work we played the "meow game" when doing pages in the store.

Example: Attention, Jamesmeow you have a call on line four, line fourmeow.
