like for a csi episode or something,
if like, there was an anime con,
like the one in las vegas or something,
and like someone cosplays as like a main char. in gta,
but in reality they're actually a crazy person,
so they go around stealing peoples weapons and killing people with them.

That would be pretty hard to solve, though.  All the guy would have to do is lay low after he killed someone and things would just move along as if nothing ever happened.  They would pretty much have to catch him in the act.

Yea a lot of people would have seen it but when your in a room full of people dressed just like you... It would be kinda hard to find you... I mean think of it a room full of L.'s a killer dresses as such would be invisible
