Maybe I should start watching Lost.
I watched it last night... Wow... I had been joking about it the entire series... I didn't expect it to be true.
I tried to watch it but gave up after a few minutes out of confusion. Maybe the fact that I have never seen an episode of Lost contributed to that.

Yeah, it isn't something you can really jump right into. It's really worth a watch from the beginning though, a very Avant Garde show.
I've basically missed the last few seasons except for this last one, which I sort-of watched. The two-hour recap of the series before the finale really clarified some stuff for me, except I don't think they ever explained that damned polar bear.
I thought the finale was very well-done, if a bit ambiguous. Kinda sad to see such an iconic series come to an end.

The polar bear was brought to the island by the DHARMA Initiative. They sort of glazed over it, but it was part of a series of experiments done to discover the unique properties of the Island.
