So I probably owe some sort of explanation as to my recent absence...recently, I've been doing a lot of film-related stuff. I'm currently involved in two short film projects, and in an hour I'm meeting a producer for the National Lampoon to discuss doing a movie with them over the summer. So...that's what I'm up to. I'll be more active after this weekend, because both of the short film projects will be completed by Sunday.
I'm not sure why I made this into a post. I guess I'm nervous about meeting the guy. We have two very different humours, I'm hoping to convince him that I'm worth working with.
Remember me when you're rich and famous.

Especially me. I could use some or your affluence to make nonsense of the regulations.
Only if you dye your hair green again.
So the meeting went really well. So did class. Got my final scene, and it's pretty funny. Hopefully it's not because she wants to avoid giving me something dramatically demanding.
As for the rich and famous thing...just being realistic, probably not gonna happen. And honestly, I'm not sure that's a bad thing. I don't know how I would handle it. If I get in any plays, though, and you guys want to come up and see them...I may be able to hook up visits. Actually, next year when I have my own place, it would be cool to have someone come up for a weekend or something.

Again?The visiting thing is an interesting idea. But the tickets... O.O;
Yeah, if you don't buy them way in advance it can run you over $200 each way. But you can also find tickets for less than $300 round trip, you just have to buy in advance. Plus, you won't have to pay for a hotel.
I also have a crew position in the movie. So I may not be in it (unless an actor gets fired. Fingers crossed) but I'll be filming it or something. Not sure what yet. That'll be fun.
In other news, I've become really cynical lately. Oops.
Well, there's always Priceline... ;D
Cynical? What's wrong?
I hope you don't forget about me either...
And what do you mean, cynical?
Priceline does get some good deals. Kayak's pretty awesome though, it shows you what the other sites have too, so you get the best deal.
In other news, I've been trying to think of some projects to do to pass time. I've started doing a series of monologues from Spoon River, but that only takes up so much time. If anyone has any ideas for a video series or something, let me know.
"Projects" as in acting/VAing endeavors?
Yeah, videos and such. A lot of the time I get an idea to make something, then think it's stupid and decide not to post it. Vloggers don't make sense to me.
