Title: Zelda cosplay

I'm having a cosplay party for E3 and will be dressing as TP zelda :3
I've started on my costume but iv'e never done cosplay before... hopefully it turns out well x]
I'm using a craft foam technique to make the armor, following an online tutorial.
tell me what you think so far, its nowhere near being complete, but ill post more pics as i go along.

this is the dress i'll be using, i dont have a white one :\ but purple is the next best right?? it was my prom dress. only question is, what color material do i use for the upper part of the dress??? i cant do purple on purple...

I'm no clothing expert, but does a nearby store sell the material that you need?

yeah theres material somewhere around here.. just gotta go find it x]

Joann's Fabrics is a national chain that is excellent.  I am in the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism) and they sell all kinda of materials that are top-quality and durable.
