How would I know what the f**k makes teeth rotten? Also, yes, having teeth pulled out is painful!

Probably the same stuff.  But consider this; I have dyslexia and ADHD, so that I seem really messed up, especially when I type, bucaese my spelling is all screwd up.  Not to mention I am tired and heyperactive at the same time.

And:
QuoteHere are the rules short and sweet: spamming is allowed, but all other rules must be followed. That means no swearing, insulting, etc.

Double Post! How come you can break rules? I know you're a Cohort, but I would believe the same rules apply. Oh and by the way Aero, yes I did! ;D

I have this seasonal allergy kind of thing.  My nose gets all stuffed up and I sound weird.  Id sounds someding lid dis.  But now, I've got some cough, so maybe it's a cold right now.  Either way, it's no fun.  End the misery now.  Hey!  Get away from me with that knife!  Excuse me while I go run for my life.

Yeah, it kind of sucks.  Especially when you can't put your mind to things you really want to do.  For instance, I love football now, but until I was in eleventh grade I did not even understand how it worked (Third and five, WTF does that mean?)  Then one day it clicked, and now I understand football just as well as any other Average Joe.  Here I am now, rambling on, and I forgot what I was talking about.

I have allergies too.  Try Allgera.  I take 180 mg of that stuff and it works pretty well.

Usually, I pop in some Sudefed and I'm fine after a few days.  As a matter of fact, I'm just about cleared up.  I should get my dad to make some chili and make sure.  But weren't we talking about teeth?

Because we have ADHD. ;D

Quotesorry to be naive, but what is ADHD ?
It stands for Attention Deficit (Hyperactivity) Disorder.  It is also called ADD a lot of the time, especially when someone with the disorder is not hyperactive, and rather lacks focus.  "ADD" is (I believe) an obsolete term, so everyone is described as AD(H)D, with the "H" being parenthetical.  That is my case, as I am the laid back type and rarely hyperactive.  But I can be.  Give me enough caffeine and I will laugh at a tree.

I know a lot of people who are hyperactive, and sometimes they worry me (no offense meant should you find some).  But I find that they are some of the people I'll miss most when I go off to college.

I am normally very quiet, but at times I am completly obnoxious and can annoy the hell out of anyone.

I seem to annoy my sister the most.  She really needs to lighten up.  And I'm usually quiet when I'm in a new class at first, but tend to get more comfortable as the year goes on.  Or I get quiet when my cynical side comes up.  Then I write my fanfics or play Zelda until it passes.

Lets see ... double posting and cussing in this topic. In the General Discussion's Does God Exist topic, you were involved in the flame war. In the Chatboard's Making My Giraffe Round topic, you double posted and mentioned (accidentally without directly using spam) that you spam alot, and answered with only a quote and smiley. On one topic (in the chatboard), you just had the word GIRAFFE repeated many times and moving. I don't need to go on. I mean, my goodness, I only broke one rule and got a warning, but you broke several rules several times and didn't get a single warning! You should get at least one warning, Cohort or not.
Title: Re:wisdom teeth are not fro the wise
Post by: Darth Wyndisis on May 19, 2006, 04:43:01 PM
I told you before, double posting is not looked down here the way it is on any other section of these forums.  One of the rules is that spam is allowed.  That makes a multitude of your accusations irrelevent.  I was not involved in a flame war, it wasn't even a flame war, but it was going to be, so I locked the topic.  I said hell, you said the F-word.  There is a huge difference.  Casual swearing on these boards happens.  Nobody gets in trouble for "damn" and "hell."
Title: Re:wisdom teeth are not fro the wise

Wait a minute. Jack said that only the spam rule is ignored here. That means double posting, against the rules. You double posted, which is against the rules. You broke the rules. You should get a warning.
Title: Re:wisdom teeth are not fro the wise

Double posting is spam.
Title: Re:wisdom teeth are not fro the wise

So that means we can double post on the Chatboard. ... SPLEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!
Title: Re:wisdom teeth are not fro the wise
Post by: Darth Wyndisis on May 19, 2006, 06:05:08 PM
Presumably.  It makes sense for it to be allowed.  Topics can accumulate fast and it is convenient to double post and bump them back to the being.  Besides, double posting is usually forbidden because it reduces the quality of the thread and makes it a hastle to read, but in a chatboard, who cares, Whocares?   ;D
Title: Re:wisdom teeth are not fro the wise

Funny. And I'm gonna double post on my first topic and get it back on the first Chatboard page!

Double posting and spam are techically one in the same. You can double post in the Chatboard and nowhere else, just like you can spam.

And for swearing, I do not consider "hell", "damn", or "sucks" a swear. I am concerned about the "biggies": F-word, Sh**, A** & it's -hole cousin, etc.

Hooray! Oh, and having cussing could be bad because someone could go "D*** you" (I don't mean that. Please don't take that offensively.), and that is both flaming and insulting board members at the same time. Both are against the rules. The only way to get away with cussing (if you ask me) is saying the h word in a religious topic.
Title: Re:wisdom teeth are not fro the wise
Post by: Hi no Seijin on May 20, 2006, 05:43:29 PM
I'm pretty sure if someone damns someone else on this board, they will get in trouble.  The mods and Jack know what they are doing; don't worry.  If you think there is trouble, let them know and they'll investigate.

I try to avoid cursing altogether...even the "little ones."

See, you can't look at it like that.  I (or anyone) can say some nasty things without cuss words at all.  Then we would have to ban the whole English language from the board, and then the boards would be useless.
