If anyone needs help finding them, I can help!
i dont care about the figurines :(
*GASPS* How could you say that?
i wrote it, not sey it, silly, besides, who cares about the stuped figurines? you dont get nothing from them... and besides, Carlov sucks :P
Well, if somebody really does care about the figurines, tell me.
but really, what do you get at the end? a heart piece, a new item? nothing! :P
Can u get one of link ???
At the end of the search, Carlov gives you a few prizes, Link's figurine is one of them. It looks awesome.
I care about the figurines a lot! You get a closer look at some of the monsters and characters, learn their name, hobbies secrets etc. I like zll the information. Hey did you know that if you take a picture of Tetra, you will get her figurine, along with all the figurines of her crew members! And can you tell me the description of the trophy of link? I Havent got all the figurines!
1) I did know you can get figurines that way. 2) He's riding the King of the Red Lions. I don't have them all either. All I have to do is get a figurine of Master Wizzrobe in the Wind Temple (he's the miniboss) and one of Puppet Ganon and I have all the limited time offer figurines. I'm in the Earth Temple as of the moment, though.
you see, those are the limited time pictures, so i cant get them now. I was too stupid to take them. And whats with limited time trophies?
Well, here's those figurines: Tetra and her Pirates) Take picture of Tetra at Hyrule Castle, you get the rest of the Pirates with her. Zephos and Cyclos) Take a good picture of Cyclos's cloud before you beat him to get both in one figurine. Kogoli) He's one of the Rito. Get a few feet north/ northeast of the island with the Wind's Requerium stone thing and look up. Take the picture of the Riot on the left. Puppet Ganon) Take his picture in his first form. The best chance is when he's on the other side of the room. Big Octo) Best time is when he's first out of the sea. Master Wizzrobe) miniboss of Wind Temple, it's hard cause of the monsters. I don't know which monsters are safe to have on field when you take his pic, so you're on your own! ;D Phantom Ganon) Take picture of his entire body. Only chances are at Foresaken Foretress and Ganon's Tower.
::) and all that for the figurines... lol, ys, they are cool, but they are not something importatnt :)

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY but is there a cheat where u can get it faster
cheats in TWW? are you listening to yourself man? :(
U could use Action Replay :-\
whas that? something as gameshark for GameCube? ???
Yes
ohh... i hate those, why you buy a game to cheat at it? ok, GTA is one thing, but Zelda... >:(
I dont cheat at all that is slander >:(
ohh,ok ;D
I cant get all of the Figurines :(
thats because your a LOSER!
dont be rude alex! >:(
you too some times ;D
yeah any way I have killed all of the bosses and now i cant gat those figurines
the bosses are fun in WW... only that in MM you can defite them again ;D
You can fight Gohma, Kalle Demos, Jalhalla, and Molgera again, but the others, no. Also, you can take a picture of Gohdan after you beat him because he attachs to the wall, so a picture is still available.
yea ;D i remember this guy. he is not even a bad guy :P
I finally got the Wizzrobe miniboss figurine!
cool! :)
All I need is Puppet Ganon and I've got all the limited time only figurines, then I'll get the ones that are available forever.
:-X do it
Moo it.Sorry, had to say that. Also, don't try to get the figurine unless you have healing potions.
If you dont get all the boss figs the first time they let you restart the game when you beat it With all your figurines still there!
Whocares, how do you get the Fisherman figurine, and can you do figurines of something else than people and monsters?
I just got WW, I almost beat it, but I can't find Carlov! Isn't he by the Deku tree if you keep going up? Please let me know!
I can't remember exactly how to get there, but I'm sure another site's walkthrough can tell you. Also, I'm going to go get Puppet Ganon's figurine after I get the Triforce of Courage, which will take forever.
I was joking! You just keep going up the bukkka bubba pods and use the deku leaf to reach the island. TO get pupet gannon's picture, you need to stun him then take it.
~THanks any way! ;D
I know how to do that, and I prefer taking a picture of his first form when he's on the other side of the room.
Okay, good luck then. It's though!
Really hard
We all know that. People are lucky if they get out alive.
He is easily harder than ganon! The whole game is too easy. ;D
i agree. If anyone needs help, ask me, because i know every aspect of the game. even the dungeons :-[
I still say no to dungeon maps! They are pointless. I like the OoT style and WW story. :P
i totally agree with you! Dungeon maps arent pointless. They help me see rooms i may have overlooked. Every good gamer uses every thing given to them to their best advantage.
welll, answer my question! how do you get the Fisherman figurine, and can you do figurines of something else than people and monsters?

i dont care about the figurines :(
I can't get into the third place!Or,get the colo(u)r pictobox. :'(
you can get figurines of animals, like seaguls, crabs, and fishmen.
For myself, I only recall getting one figurine and losing interest. I beat the mini quest to get the DX Picto Box, but I started the Second Quest. Woe is me, I suppose.
YES! i FINALLY got a full body pic of Ganondorf!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Enemies and bosses are the hardest figurines to get because they always attack me before I can take their picture. :'(
For bosses, I recommend taking three pictures and to use their movements in your advantage. For instance, if you hit Gohma with the rock, get ready. Turn around quickly, take the picto-box, and watch Gohma putting the ceiling back. You should be ready to take a good pic as soon as she/he is ready to attack you again. The bosses' recover period is important if want to take a good pic.
For random enemies, it's usually good enough to run away a little and take the pic when they're coming towards you. It might be a good idea to first kill all enemies, untill the one you want a picture of is the only one left. For Darknuts, that works very well. For Floormasters, I recommend trying to find one who throws stuff at you instead of trying to grab you. The Earth Temple offers a good oppurtunity. And I would try a sub for miniblins.
Thanks! I'll try that! :D

Hate to burst your bubble but you could have gotten Ganondorf's pic from the pictograph guy.
Maybe she did.
I have a question. I have beaten Jalhalla, (The boss of Earth Temple) but i forgot to take a pic of him. Can i still take a pic of him, in Ganon's Castle and make Carlov make his Figurine?
Yep, you can. Every boss can stil be taken a picture of in Ganon's Tower. For Gohma it's even the only first-file chance you'll get.
Yay! A second chance! :D
This appears to be getting a little off topic, but no need to worry yet! Also, I collected all figurines except Knuckle, who I couldn't get because I didn't use the Tingle Tuner. Actually, it's a good thing not to get it. If you do, you can't get any more after that.
In the wW strategy guide, it says that the Nintendo Gallery would be completed even if you don't have a picture of Knuckle.
Something like that, i haven't played it lately, and I don't remember the full details. I posted it somewhere in this topic already, though. Wait, no I didn't. I can't remember what site I got it on, either.
I'm trying to complete the Nintendo Gallery, I wanna find out what happens! ;)
Nothing special happens when you've collected all figurines. It's just Nintendo's way of introducing the full cast of the game. The gallery is considered complete when you have all figurines. You'll be rewarded with the (free) final figurine then. Knuckle's figurine however is the only figurine not required to have the "complete" collection. In other words, you'll get the final figurine with or without him. The others you do need.
What a dissapointment! >:( :(
A lot of things you can do in The Wind Waker don't have a (real) reward. While I could think of a ton of things they could've added as to make some quests worthwhile (like getting all figurines in TMC gets you a heart piece.), I do think it's nice the focus now lies on the action itself rather than the reward.
Yes, also it gives you secret info when you get a figurine too, like weapons best to destroy certain monsters, so that is helpful.
About the picture of Knuckle, I have the Tingle Tuner, and I did all the things Knuckle told me to do on Outset Island, but when he tells me to jump off the suspention bridge, I do it, but I can't find him! :(
That's an easy one I had troubles with too. You see, you are not supposed to jump, but to fall. So walk SLOWLY to the edge and press A to let Link fall. You'll miss the safe landing spot and get hurt when you reach the ground. That, and Knuckle will indicate you've succeeded.
Even if it means I'll get hurt, I gotta do it! Thanks again! :)
i need them bad,i dont care if i get nothing!
i can't really be bothered aswel because they kinda wiast your time well they waist my time and you have to travle back and forth and back and forth wait for a day and then go give him another the next day and it just puts me to bordem sleep
*gasp*how could you say that, its totally worth it!
Wait a day? You know there's a song to take care of that problem, no?
Anyway, I think the figurines were a very nice addition and I don't get why Nintendo didn't include it in TP.
I liked the figurines, too. Also, forget a heart piece, they should have given you an entire Heart, like when you beet bosses. Idon't mind, though.
Getting the figurines was actually quite fun. I wish they had done something like it in TP so I wouldn't have completed the game so quickly ...
i thought it was soooooooooo boring
and what happens once you've got them all
Well, you don't HAVE to do it. But some of us thought it was a nice sidequest and really liked the info and hints given about characters that way (about Koboli and the Running Man for instance). It also gave you a nice chance to get a closer look at them. (Snake on Tingle's clothes, the Wind Tribe are Humans etc.)
It doesn't get you anything in TWW and a heart piece in TMC. But it's fun, and a lot better than this:
"He's King Bulbin! Look, the japanese site says so itself."
"They tend to change names when the games comes to the west. We don't know if that's his name for us too."
Darn, I just want to know what some people and enemies are called and some funny info. I don't want to have to use a completely different source to figure out the monkey king is called Ook and the new Babas are Hebi Babas.
yey i have done some of the figurines and i did like what i saw but sometimes it can get boring
Like I said, you don't have to do it! Just like in MM, I usually don't get heart container nr. 20, because I absolutely hate the mini-games needed to get the final heart pieces. They're tough. If you think it's boring, don't collect them.
I think they did the figurines originally because we didn't have fairies to tell us the names of the enemies. The figurines were better than searching for poes in TP. I still don't want to look for the last twenty ...
And the red babas are called Hebi Babas? I didn't know that ...

I hope more will come.
Magdoflamoth's figurine would've looked awesome. The name is the best part, though.
I love watching the figurines once I have them.
Kalle Demos's Favorite Food: Makar!
The figurine side-quests in both MC and WW are a pretty cool add. One bad thing about it in MC is that if you don't do it in-between dungeons, it will be harder to find shells. You can get them in chests in the dungeons, but be sure to get rid of ones your holding rather than keeping them till the end since you can only hold about 100.
Just saying. :-*
You can hold 999, and this is TWW figurines, not TMC.
I wish they had a figurine for some some of the houses, that would be nice. Or mabye an island.
No, you collect the Mystery Shells in Minish Cap. That's what I was talking about.
You misunderstood, i told you that you can hold 999, and that this topic is for Wind Waker figurines, not the ones from Minish Cap.
Ah. Just kidding you guys. ;) ;)
Ah, the figurines are really bothering... ??? Why do they have to be so "hard" to collect. They're so many, spread all over, I wish there was a way to just magically POOF them all there... It's also so useless, apart from the information.
