Hey, we all know Gorons rock (get it?), but what ever happened to them after FSA? I think that Agnahim (however he spells his name is a mystery to me! :P) cursed that tower in FSA and it turned to Hera's Tower. Then the evil air from the tower (the guy that gives you the net mentions the air) turned the Gorons into those monsters that turn to stone when you hit them with your sword. The strange thing is, those monsters are called Gorons! What do you think happened to them?
Goron-like statues, huh? They are actually called Armoses (singular Armos). I haven't played FSA yet, but the Armoses in OoT do look like Gorons. As for the Gorons themselves, they went to Holodrum and Labrynna. When, I don't know, but I'm guessing after TP. A Goron was seen fighting with Link, and I saw a piece of official art (once again, Electronic Gaming Monthly June 2006) and it looked rather evil. Maybe the Twilight Realm turned the Gorons evil and after Link saves Hyrule the Gorons return to normal and go off to Holodrum and Labrynna.
I don't think Link is fighting the Goron for real, it looks more like combat training. As for the Armoses, they are in FSA too. So, they're not Gorons.
THE MONSTERS ARE ACTUALLY CALLED GORONS! Yet, I can't remember the sight name that said so.
Whoa, calm down. Just because the monsters look like Gorons doesn't necessarily make them Gorons. The look of the Armos statues change with each game, and some of the statues look like Gorons. This is probably the case and the site you heard this from could be mistaken.
QuoteI don't think Link is fighting the Goron for real, it looks more like combat training.
Maybe it was combat training, but my computer can't play trailers (grumble grumble >:() The one picture I did see of a Goron looked pretty evil, but he could have been mad. I'll give you a point, Evilslayer.
I MEAN THE MONSTERS IN LINK TO THE PAST!
Well, okay, then. Simply put, there are no Gorons in ALttP, nor are there anything that remotely resembles them. Sorry to burst your bubble.
Okay, I didn't want to resort to this, but you made me! (Now I start short confusing speech) Guy gives you net, tells you about evil air in Death Mountain, monsters there, called Gorons, evil air turn them into monsters. In other words, Agnahim turned the Gorons into monsters.
We are talking about ALttP, right? I'm sorry, Whocares, but there is no mention at all to Gorons in ALttP. Can someone come back me up, please?
I'll explain the long way. In FSA, which should be right before LTTP, the Gorons appear. There is also a tower near where Hera's Tower would be in LTTP. When Agnahim took over Hyrule, he wanted to get rid of the Gorons. So he cursed the tower so it spreaded evil air across Death Mountain. The proof of the air thing is that the guy who gives you the net tells you that the air made him ill. The air poisoned the Gorons and they turned into those monsters. The monsters are called Gorons, so it makes sense that those monsters are Gorons. The only reasons they turn to stone when you whack them with the sword is because the fire gods still want their favored race to live.
Perhaps if you had said that FSA came before ALttP in the first place, a lot of trouble could've been avoided. In one of my versions of Hyrule, I have FSA after ALttP. Remember to present as clear a case as you can in the first place and stay calm if people aren't seeing it your way. Just present the information in another light or find some more evidence to back up your statement.
I'm starting to sound like a debater. :)
Anyways, now I will consider the possibility that the Armoses in ALttP could be Gorons. I will have to play FSA myself to make sure.
Sorry, I refered to the TDC timeline. Oh, and Not Armoses, but those squirrel looking things.
The one that shoot rocks? Those are Octoroks. Either way, please give a more detailed explanation of the creatures to which you are refering to. Squirrel-looking things hardly provides a good description.
Okay, I'm in the wrong region. I was looking at East Palace when I should be on top of Death Mountain. You mean those scuttling creatures with wings on their backs. They do turn to stone when you attack them, so I suppose they could've once been Gorons. You have a good point, Whocares. And I don't know what they're called; they seem to be the opposite of Armoses.
By the way, if you use Quake, they turn to bags of slime and you can destroy them that way.
I somewhat doubt FSA is before FSA. The evidence is Agahnim, actually. And the Zunas. Some people believe Agahnim is a Sheikah because of the eye-symbol on his cloak. Could be, but if you have seen the Zunas you may have noticed a slight resemblance between their clothes and Agahnim's.
Now, the Zunas aren't bad in the game. However, it's said that their ancestors were the ones that built the great Pyramid in the Desert of Doubt, which houses the Trident of Power. FSA also mentions that there once was a dark tribe that invaded Hyrule, but were sealed inside the Dark Mirror. It doesn't say that it's the Zunas for sure, but the evidence seems clear to me.
Therefore, this is what I think happened. The Zuna may have been one of the races that were loyal to Ganon during the Imprisonning War. After the defeat they fled to a faraway land.
By the time of ALttP, they sent the dark priest Agahnim to break the seal of the seven Wise Men and set free Ganon and his hordes of dark creatures.
However, the plan failed and Ganon was killed. Many years later they invaded Hyrule with a large army, but eventually were defeated and sealed in the Dark Mirror. A few, however, fled into the Desert of Doubt where their descendants eventually forgot the evilness that was in the hearts of their ancestors.
Where were you when I needed you early?
Thanks for the spoiler by the way. But now that I know the two games we're involving in this theory, perhaps I shall play them and find out for myself.
They are extinced due to my handy work ;D
hahahahahahahahaha.........and ha
For all you're laughing, you still can't conquer Hyrule. ;D
Besides, there are still Gorons in Holodrum and Labrynna. So much for your handiwork.
Bwa ha ha ha ha ha ha!
Yes, but the Gorons in Labrynna are evil terrorists.
If u remember i had total control over hyrule the 7 year link was gone >:(
Then he came back to kick your butt. ;D
I would love to hear how the Gorons in Labrynna are terrorists, Whocares. Anything for a laugh. (No offense)
Link didnt leave with out scars did he and also like every thing link does he onley got it half done cuz i got out of the sacred relm didnt I >:(
Hi no Seijin: Please refer to the Oracle Forums for more detail. Ganon: Well, Link always beats you. There is little point in coming out of the
Sacred Realm except for the time Link was in Termina, but that time has passed, so you lost.
I will. And Ganon, give it up. There will always be a hero to stop you. ;D
But it wont be u ;D
It could be me. I rule that large amount of dimensions.
Tru.........one day evil shall rise and u all will be my slaves hahahahahahahahahahahahaha........and ha ;D
The odds that we live in the same Hyrule is very slim, especially since I haven't published either of my versions. So, I won't stop you, per say, but I will stop a Ganon somewhere.
