How crazy would that be? Imagine: the huge world in ALTTP with its 10 dungeons and ENORMOUS lanscape. not to mention it would have TWO landscapes: one in the Dark World and one in the LIght World. I daresay ALTTP in 3D would be even bigger in terms of land to explore than WindWaker!

OoT is a rip-off of ALttP. The quest is similar, the
three Goddess spells are obviously replacements for the medallions (though no where near as awesome), there's a Dark World and Light World, etc.

I wouldn't like to see a remake. As I said, it would hurt the real ALttP. I think the classics should stay as they are. Instead they should make NEW games.
There is nothing wrong with seeing a classic in a whole new light.

Yes, I think the realistic style would work best. And TWW graphical style is call cel-shaded.
The story would stay the same, but I wouldn't mind new puzzles. ;)

How would they make the Mirror Shield look like. It would probably look like the one in TWW and TMC. I didn't like the Mirror Shield in MM. :P

The mirro shield in AlTTp was bigger than Link himself, so it would be huge. The mirro shield is the best shield anyway!

That would definitely kill it. ALttP should remain cartoony (not cel-shadet) and as true to the original as possible if they were to do it.

I don't care about the graphics that much. Just as long as it represents the game accurately.
If ALTTP was in 3D, i would care less about the graphics and more about the gameplay and story

ALttP in 3D would be sweet. But it would take a long time to make, as Hyrule in ALttP is huge!
It's no bigger than OoT. It only has more variation. I think that if any old Zelda games should be remade as 3D games it should be LoZ and AoL. What reasons are there for remaking ALttP other than the reason that it'd just be cool?
There would be good reasons for remaking LoZ and AoL. Those games have nearly no information. Where does Link come from? Why does he travel to Hyrule? What about his family? Where does the games fit in the timeline?
All those questions are unanswered, and may cause some problems when they are trying to fit the games together. A remake could answer those questions.
I believe Link isnt from Hyrule in those games, i heard somewhere hes a foreigner...
Something like that. Valiant comics had him coming from Calatia, but I believe the game doesn't have Calatia as a nation.
And we could remake those games also.

It would be very interesting to see it made in 3D. I just would want to make sure that they would do it very originally so they wouldn't spoil the original game. You're right about the map, it would be incredible to explore both the light world and the dark world in 3D. I would be playing that game for hours and hours, day after day.

I think Turtle Rock was one of those dungeons that were cut out of OoT.

Forest Temple
Fire Temple
Water Temple
Shadow Temple
Spirit Temple
Ice Temple
Sky/Wind Temple
I've also heard of two other dungeons that I think were cut out very early:
Skulltula Dungeon
Turtle Rock(?)
The second is just a speculation. The dungeon exists, but it's not official that it's Turtle Rock. Sorry for going off topic.
