ahhh right. Thank you very much HnS. Is it a difficult job or is it more of a vigilant thing...I mean if I do become one in the future does it mean I'll have to check each and every post for rule breaking or would I just deal with it as and when I stumbled upon it during my visits??

How do you become a Cohort??? Would I have to ask an admin and they'd think about it or would I just get picked out? Admittedly, I have had a long break and spammed alot with Medli in the past but I like to think my ways have changed, but I have been a member since 2006 and I don't know if that makes me a veteran but you know...think about it.

P.S. I know this is reviving a topic but I couldn't think where else to put it and I didn't want to start a new topic just for that :)

Yeah, they're all brilliant. Some bosses on the later games can be defeated without a single heart been lost, on this I don't think I would have beaten a single boss without the aid of fairies. They were all a fun challenge.

Sorry as well if it was me that wen't off topic HnS, I did say what I loved about it, then I expanded what I said to involve something new, it just seemed like a good place to say it.. ah well. I also loved all of the bosses, even if some were a pain

Just a great game full stop. It provided more of a challenge for me, I still haven't beaten Ganon, he isn't 'blue' for long enough to shoot him after slashing him. That and the fact that I loved the character Agahnim before I even played it...they need to bring him back...imagine it on the next Wii Title, Agahnim in TP or better graphics...my mouth waters

Never been diciplined enough to get a lv. 100 wothout cheats. I always use my starter if I like it, I mean Blastoise, Charizard, Feraligatr, Typlosion...whats not to love? I make sure I don't go for the same pokemon to catch all the time.

This is a difficult one. Throughout the game I usually try to have my starter at a good level and I try to have a unique one at a high level every time. There has been Tentacruel, Electrode, Crobat, Octillary, Hypno and others. My favourite ever though is on Pearl...my Blaze (A level 80 odd Infernape). I wish Infernape was a playable character on Smash Bros :(

Theories / Re: Is Link really the name for the hero?
January 22, 2009, 07:17:03 AM
Ahhh right. I know that 'Blue' and 'Gary' are the same character because in both the game and the anime Prof. Oak refers to him as his grandson, plus they have an identical look.

I personally ruin things for myself and look for spoilers on the internet...for shame :(

Rito mask. It would be just like controling Medli in the WW, but you'd use a male one. You can fly around for a short time (magic neeed perhaps?), flap your wings to blow gusts at enemies, blowing them into chasms/spiked walls, lunge your sharp beak into enemies and you're Ocarina transformation would be a harp just like Medli's.

Depends which ones, I can only remember Team Rocket and your Rival is called Gary offically. I don't know if the character you play as is supposed to be Ash or not.

Not for Windwaker stuff. I agree that not everybody may have completed it and therefore don't want the story spoiled, but in that case everything should have a spoiler warning on it, for example I have never got past the first dungeon on LoZ and have only recently got to the last boss on aLttP (haven't managed t beat him) but the point is there is always going to be somebody who doesn't know what happens in a story and doesn't want to know until the play/watch/read it through.

Maybe Hyrule is on a Time Loop, therefore everything reverts back to Ocarina of Time and plays itself through all over again and.....maybe Ganondorf's skull has something to do with the ped. of time...wait, too many counter-arguements.
Maybe a future game will have a new hero later in time where somehow they find Ganondorf and pull the sword from his skull, unlocking him and 'reviving' him.

Maybe 'Link' is just a simple name that Nintendo have given him, but I see it as his real name. If he is nameless, it adds to the mystery of the character. Link hasn't ever had a direct father or mother other than the unseen one in Ocarina (as far as I'm aware) he has had a Grandma, a sister and an Uncle, but other than that his parents always disappear before the game starts.
