No joke here is a comment made on an Annoncment Board of a forum:
it will be a while for any kh related acts. tetsuya said he is not sure if he can make a final mix. but he said if he does, he will make an english one. by the way, rumor has it that CoM Sora may be in ssb brawl! no forum joke! sakurai of Sora(company name) made a petition 4 character requests. The reason why snake is and sora might be in the game:

CoM was for GBA

Metal gear solid didn't start on the playstation, it started on the NES with metal gear. It was originally to be a nintendo game.
