Batman VS. Spiderman

Who would win if these two were to fight. The fighting destination is a huge city. Batman gets all of his gadgets, and they can't get help from any partners or allies.

But seriously, Spider-Man could probably take out the Dark Knight in one-on-one, mano a mano fisticuffs. But I seriously think Bruce could outsmart Parker. "Worlds Greatest Detective" anyone?

this is more of a battlefield thing...

spidey has his spidey sense, he could dodge all of batmans attacks, and yes batman does have a complete arsonal of gadgets at his side, but spidey can use his web to reflect any attack right back, he has extreme reflexes and acrobatic skillz, and he isnt that dumb commadore, he is a science major in college, remember his idol was Doctor Otto Octavious? plus he could take full advantage of his surroundings much better than batman could

Yeah I would have to say this would be a good match, that's why I posted it. I have that comic, Batman and Spiderman. Batman takes out Carnage!! I would have to give this fight to Batman, but it will still be a good match.

Spider-Man could take him out so fast. He can zip across the city, and his webs can do so much more than Batman. And if Spidey can throw a grenade back to his best friend, then he can reflect Batmans arsenal.
