...You don't really need an undershirt, you know. You could just, you know, buy one at Wal-Mart for a pretty cheap price.

Now, the shoes? Those would be a fair bit more expensive...

Well, I haven't gotten the costume yet, but the Cloak/Robe comes with everything or just the headband, from QQCosplay.com
Why?
Of course, you could get the robes at e-bay... It says Itachi, but hey! All the robes/cloaks are the same.
