Chapter 1- The Horse Legend

Not long ago when a Gerudo king of thieves found power. He lent destruction to the land and only one boy could save the people. With help from a princess, a horse and six sages...

Elyon had heard this legend many times. Her favourite part was where the Hero would rescue his valiant steed Epona. Of course this was her favourite part because she had a deep connection with it. For she lived on Lon-Lon Ranch, where the mighty Epona was born and raised.
   Lon-Lon ranch, it was the finest for miles around it was where the Gerudos themselves bought the fine horse and everyone from the Gorons to the Zoras loved the fine Cows milk and Cucco eggs.
Elyon lived there with her father Chylon, who owned the ranch; he was always tired from his hard work so Elyon helped as much as she could. Her mother had died from an illness after she was weakened from child birth, or so her Father said, but to Elyon his voice never sounded sincere.
One thing she did know about her mother was that she was the lady Malon from legend itself. She had helped the Hero of Time to save the people. She had inherited her mothers gift with animals, and she could understand how most animals felt. She was also skilled at riding and, with the exception of the Gerudo thieves she was the fastest around.
Her own horse, Farisee was her life blood she had trained him since he was a foal and he could now run faster and jump higher than any other stallion. He had a shiny chestnut coat and a shocking white mane and tail. Her father told her he was the young of Epona herself and that her mother made Chylon promise that the horse would be Elyons.
Elyon hoped that one day Farisee would help her out of her boring dreary life and lead her into adventure.
