Ah. Well, that sucks. And it is kind of stupid to base the U.S. release of something on how good the sales are in another country, with possibly quite different tastes than we have.

Now I'm starting to think that Nintendo's becoming another Square Enix--keeping games from North America. :P

You can't even defend Nintendo anymore, guys. Seriously? They shouldn't give licenses to every clown who wants to make a cheap $5 game on Wii Ware. Don't get me wrong, I love Nintendo, but I'm sick of their negligence and their bull. They don't need a new gimmick or game. They need to rid their console of the myriad garbage released on it. I just read that, and I must say, I am kinda glad Nintendo wont release any AO games for the wii. The possibilities you can bring with that wii- mote! Sends shivers down my spine.

Console makers just about never allow AO-rated games to be released on their consoles, anyways. I know Sony doesn't, and I'm fairly sure Microsoft doesn't, either. That's why "Manhunt 2" had to be altered, along with the fact that there are quite literally no retailers that would sell it. In all, I think there are less than 30 AO-rated games ever released.
