It seems like you've never played any metal gear solid games greeny. In all of them you choose either to storm through or sneak in. Sneaking is the true nature of MGS so i highly doubt they will give him tons of big flashy explosives.

In MGS3 i found the EZ gun(tranq gun with laser sight) to be my most handy weapon.

i can see him having those weapons but the site
did say they would try to restrain from real world weapons and would have snake using explosives

snake's main explosive were stun grenades, smoke grenades, and C4, all of which are real world weapons. I would also like to see snake use his handkercheif with chlorophil(in MGS3 if u use that on a wall snake is knocked out for a few seconds)
