Alack, gamefreak, it is realy getting rarer, especially in parts of northern europe where it used to be REALLY common. It's affected the climate in quite a way, in both polar circles.

It is also very rare and weird here in PA. This year, there was no snow durng the winter, but it snowed during APRIL! And in vermont, I hear they have to use fake snow just to cover Burke Mountain, just so the poeple could go skiing! It makes me so sad to see one of my favorite states to have to live like that!

no, the page stretches when:
1. Something is typed without spacing, or a link doesent come out right
2. when there is a large picture that takes up more space than what is provided.
