Wouldn't it technically be different for every person? There could actually be a variety of different factors that could influence one's pop licking capabilities.

I think the question was never meant to be answered. They knew it would be different for every person and every situation. It was just a clever marketing ploy aimed at exploiting man's innate thirst for knowledge.

It brings back memories, and I remember Dragon Lord! He was funny and random! I don't see why people don't like old topics being brought up again, what's the harm?

When the board is suddenly filled up with fifty topics that are done with and nobody wants to talk about anymore, it gets annoying to have to search for the topic you posted in just yesterday. Most of these topics died for a reason.
