I'm going to bring back this topic and change my vote all in one post. I'm changing it to Gin, a major villian in Cased Closed. Gin isn't his real name, just a code name (it's a custom of the Black Organization to have an alcohol drink names as code names).

Best Villain ever? I wonder who I'd vote for...  ::)  Actually, Davros is too obvious, so I'd probably go for Derek Jacobi and John Simm's portrayal of The Master. Pure evil and wonderful characterisation in a can. Only time I've ever got emotional over the death of a villain!  :-[

Ritsu-sensei from Loveless, I suppose. I... wouldn't say Seimei or Nisei are evil, nor any of the Zeroes. Ritsu = most likely to be considered a villian.
