This is original content.  Be warned.

Once there was a lovely ballerina doll. Inside her were many wonderful treasures and rare items. One day, someone picked up the doll and began to play with her. Eventually, however, they grew bored of her and tossed her aside. As she fell, she shattered, and all the wonderful trinkets inside of her were strewn all over the place. A while later, another person came across this poor shattered doll. "I'll fix you," they said, and indeed they did. They gathered up all the wonderful treasures and rare items they could and put them back insider her, and then when they had put her back together they painted over the cracks, so it looked like nothing had ever happened. Then they decided to play with her, too. One day though, same as before, they too grew bored of her and casted her aside. As she landed, she shattered again, and more of the remaining trinkets were strewn about.

Once again, someone new came across her, gathered as many of the wonderful treasure and rare items they could and put them back inside her, and put her back together, making her look as good as new, but there were many less things inside her than were before. Again, this person grew bored of her, and tossed her aside. This cycle continued for some time, people finding her shattered and putting as much as they could back inside her, then making her look like new, until eventually she was completely empty and hollow inside. Eventually, no one would pick her up and play with her at all. She gathered dust, and eventually became just another toy. Then, one day, someone found a brand new ballerina doll...

What do you think?

For added win, what point am I trying to get across?

MagmarFire

Grammatically or generally? *keyboard slaps Mags in the face* Okay, whoops--generally, of course. -_-'

You weren't kidding when you said it was original. I've heard nothing like this before; it's good because there can't be cliches if the material is completely new. (I'd put the acute accent over the e, but this computer doesn't have Word...)

As for the reference...does this, per chance, have to deal with your love life? With Ellie? How you might be feeling that you're being cast aside every time you go out with someone?

Please don't hurt me... :'(

Advanceshipping and Rion had better be Chuck Norris approved.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking when I read it, too.
What, you expect me to say something witty?

Actually, no.  It's based off of my ex-friend, Ashley.

It has nothing to do with that second part at all.

Guess again.

DW

...She's been used. Over and over. Now she feels worthless and they've moved on to do the same to someone else.

Keaton

Bingo.

But rather than feeling worthless, she is actually empty.  She's like a husk of a person now.

Goosey

Wow, that's pretty deep...  :-\
