Mario would jump on top of Ganon's head, pull him off the ground, and then throw him. Ganon, however, will probably get right back up and beat the crap out of Mario. Then Link would beat the crap of of Ganon. Simply put it, Link wins.

ACTUALLY, thats kind of how Link killed Ganondorf in TWW, 'cept he jumped on this head with the Master Sword for major pwnage.  That gets me thinking.  Imagine Mario and Link fighting Ganondorf.
